Premium Paper Stocks

Use one stock throughout or add a separate cover.

Choose gloss inside pages for a shiny finish, matte for a low sheen, or smooth uncoated white paper for notes. Self Cover uses your inside paper for the cover too. A separate gloss, matte or uncoated cover gives the outside a heavier feel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose Minute Marketing for custom calendars?

Choose from four finished sizes, four inside papers and a self cover or separate cover. Our team can help you check page count, paper choices and artwork setup before you order. Use your own photos and business details to make a calendar your customers can use.

How can I create my own calendar?

Choose a finished size and total page count first. Plan the cover, month grids, photos and any extra pages, then check that each date falls on the correct weekday for your chosen year. Include holidays relevant to your audience. Contact us for design help or to confirm how to supply your complete multi-page file.

What sizes are available for calendars?

Choose 6" x 9.5", 8.5" x 11", 9.5" x 12" or 12" x 12". These are finished, closed sizes. Allow room for the open calendar when deciding where it will hang.

How much does it cost to print custom calendars?

The order page shows sample pricing for your size, inside paper, cover, page count and quantity. These are mock prices for now. Contact us to confirm a production quote before planning your budget.

What file format should I use for my calendar design?

Prepare a print-ready PDF with every page in reading order, including blank pages and the inside cover surfaces. Use high-resolution images and check every date before exporting. Contact us before ordering to confirm the multi-page upload and cover layout requirements.

Does my calendar artwork need bleed?

Yes. Extend backgrounds 0.125" past each trim edge and keep text at least 0.125" inside the trim. Leave additional room around the fold and hanging hole. Confirm the template and hole position before completing your artwork.

Which papers can I choose for calendars?

Inside papers are 100 lb. Gloss Book, 70 lb. Opaque Smooth White, 80 lb. Gloss Book and 80 lb. Matte Text. Self Cover uses the same paper throughout. Separate covers include 100 lb. gloss or matte and 14 pt. gloss or uncoated stocks. The 14 pt. gloss cover has two UV coating choices. Book and cover pound weights use different scales, so equal numbers do not mean equal thickness.

How long does calendar printing take?

Contact us with your quantity, page count, paper choices and deadline to confirm the schedule. Allow time to review the complete artwork and approve it before production. Shipping time is separate from printing time.

A custom calendar customers can use all year

Bring your business into a useful everyday format. A printed calendar pairs your photos and contact details with space to check dates and plan ahead. Use seasonal images, service reminders or local scenes to give each month a connection to your business.

Four finished calendar sizes

Choose a compact 6" x 9.5" calendar, familiar 8.5" x 11" pages, a larger 9.5" x 12" format or a 12" x 12" square. Keep month grids readable and choose photos that suit the shape of your layout.

Paper and cover choices

Gloss inside papers give photos a shiny finish. Matte Text has a low sheen, while Opaque Smooth White is uncoated and writable. Use Self Cover for the same stock throughout, or select a separate gloss, matte or uncoated cover.

Plan every page before printing

Saddle stitch calendars have 12 to 32 pages in four-page steps, including four cover pages. Count blank pages too. Decide how many months go on each page and leave room for the fold and hanging hole before placing your artwork.

Check dates as carefully as photos

Review the year, weekday alignment, month lengths and holidays on every page. Add your business details where customers can find them without crowding the dates. Confirm the file setup with our team before ordering and check the complete PDF before approving it.
