Rounded corners are cut after printing, so a little planning keeps your design intact.

Corners trimmed to a 1/4" radius
Each of the four corners is trimmed to a 1/4" radius. Keep text and graphics away from the edges so nothing important is trimmed off during cutting.
Keep text 0.125" inside the trim
Leave at least 0.125" between your text or logo and the trim edge. The order page proof marks this safe area for you.
Add 0.125" of bleed
Extend background colour or images 0.125" past the trim edge on every side, so there are no white slivers after cutting.

How round are the corners?

The rounded corner option trims all four corners to a 1/4" radius.

Can I round only some of the corners?

No. The order form offers either standard square corners or rounded corners on all four corners.

Which sizes can I get with rounded corners?

The Standard 2" x 3.5", Slim 1.75" x 3.5" and Mini 1.75" x 3" sizes can all be ordered with rounded corners, horizontal or vertical.

Do I need to draw the rounded corners in my artwork?

No. Upload a normal rectangular design with bleed. The corners are trimmed after printing, so keep important details inside the safe area.
