Frequently Asked Questions
What is picture matting?
A mat is a border between the photo and frame. These prints use cream-core bevel-cut matting on select sizes. Choose Matting on the order form to see compatible print sizes.
What does the listed size measure?
The size selector names the printed image. An 8 x 10 matted print sits in an 11 x 14 frame with outside dimensions of 13 x 16 inches. The size guide lists each combination.
Can I frame my own artwork?
Yes. Use a clear scan, photo or exported design at 300 dpi at the selected print size. Review the crop and detail in your proof before approval.
Can I upload my artwork after checkout?
Yes. Upload your PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF with your order or after checkout. Review and approve your proof before printing.
When will my order be ready?
We offer fast turnaround after payment and proof approval. Contact our team for current production and shipping estimates before planning around a delivery date.
Are these final prices?
Prices shown here are sample pricing. Choose your options to compare quantities, and contact our team for confirmed production pricing. Shipping and any tax are calculated separately.
