What are table tents?
Table tents are printed paper displays that stand on a table or counter. Use them for a café special, a drinks menu, an event notice or a short message at a reception desk. The outside is printed in full color; the inside is blank.
How do I assemble my table tents?
Fold along the score lines and join the tabs and slits at the base to hold the tent upright. You do not need glue or a separate display holder. Follow the layout guide for the selected size, keeping important artwork clear of folds and assembly areas.
What is a common table tent size?
The 4" x 6" folded size gives a short menu or offer room to breathe on a café table. Choose 4" x 4" for a compact display or 4" x 8" for a taller message. The other folded sizes are 4" x 6.5", 4.25" x 6" and 5" x 5.5". Measure your display space before choosing.
When will my table tents arrive?
Contact our team to confirm production and delivery for your selected stock and quantity. Allow time to prepare and approve artwork as well as shipping or pickup. If you have an event date, share it before ordering so we can check the schedule.

Gloss, Matte or Uncoated Paper
Choose 100 lb. Gloss Cover for a shiny surface or 100 lb. Matte Cover for less sheen. The 14 pt. Gloss and 14 pt. Uncoated options offer a thicker card. Compare surfaces with a sample kit if you are deciding between finishes.
Prepare Artwork for the Fold
Keep headlines readable at the finished display size. Use the selected size's artwork guide to position both outside panels and keep text away from folds, trim edges and base tabs. Our design team can help turn your logo and offer into a tabletop layout.
