Choose a shape, size and orientation, then prepare artwork at 300 dpi in CMYK with 0.125 inch bleed beyond the cut line and a 0.125 inch safe zone inside it. Upload a PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF. For rectangle and rounded rectangle Center Split designs, keep key content clear of the division. Review spelling, contact details and placement in your digital proof. What size are car magnets?
Rectangle sizes range from 8" x 12" to 42" x 84". Measure the flat usable area of your panel before selecting a size. An 18" circle and an 18" x 18" square are also available.
Will magnets damage my car?
Surface condition and care affect how a magnet interacts with your paint. Test the panel for magnetic attraction and check your vehicle manufacturer's care guidance first. Apply them to a clean, dry, flat metal surface, and remove and wipe both the magnet and the car often so dirt and moisture do not get trapped. Do not apply a magnet over fresh paint, a damaged finish or a curved or textured panel, and take it off before an automatic car wash.

Car magnets use 30 mil (0.76 mm) white vinyl magnetic material with a matte, full-color printed front, cut to your selected shape. They can be used indoors or outdoors on suitable magnetic metal.
