Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes can I order?

There are 20 styles, from A-1 invitation envelopes to 10 by 13 inch booklet and catalog envelopes. The size menu lists dimensions and identifies window, remittance and flap variations. Measure your insert and allow room for it to slide inside.

Where will my logo be printed?

Full-color printing is on the outside front only. The flap is not printed. Keep your logo clear of the address and postage areas, and check its position in your proof.

Which paper is available?

All logo envelope styles use 70 lb. Opaque Smooth White paper. There are no other paper or coating choices in this product.

Can I order envelopes with a window?

Yes. Both the #9 Commercial and #10 Standard sizes have a separate window option. Check that the address on your insert aligns with the window before approving your artwork.

How many envelopes can I order?

Choose 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 envelopes. The displayed sample price changes with your size and quantity selections.

How should I prepare my artwork?

Choose your envelope style before preparing the file. Keep the logo, return address and other artwork on the outside front and leave space for addressing and postage. Ask our team to confirm the printable area for your chosen style, especially around windows and edges.

Twenty Envelope Styles

Smooth White Paper

Each style uses 70 lb. Opaque Smooth White paper. Its plain white surface gives colored logos and small return-address text a clean background. Choose your envelope shape and size while keeping the same paper across your stationery.

Plan Your Front Layout

Logo envelopes have full-color printing on the outside front, excluding the flap. Leave clear space for postage and addressing. For window styles, test the position of the address on the enclosed sheet as well as the artwork on the envelope.
