- Dimensions:
- Printed sign: 24" x 36".
- Deluxe frame: 46.375" H x 27" W x 3" D.
- Standard frame: 45" H x 25" W x 3" D.
- Print Options:
- Single-sided: one printed sign for one face of the frame.
- Double-sided: two printed signs, one for each face. Use the same artwork or a different message on each side.
- Materials:
- 3 mil Adhesive Vinyl: a flexible, adhesive-backed graphic applied to the surface of a standard frame.
- 4 mm Corrugated Plastic: a rigid panel with a fluted plastic core for the removable signs in a deluxe frame.
- Frame Options:
- Printed signs only: replace your graphics without purchasing another frame. Match the material to your existing frame.
- White standard frame: adhesive vinyl graphics applied to the frame surface.
- Black standard frame: adhesive vinyl graphics applied to the frame surface.
- White deluxe frame: removable corrugated plastic panels fitted into the frame sides.
- Black deluxe frame: removable corrugated plastic panels fitted into the frame sides.
- Proofs:
- A digital proof for every order. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Delivery:
- Local pickup or shipping. Rates and any sales tax are calculated at checkout.
- More Info:
- Choose vinyl for a standard frame or corrugated plastic for a deluxe frame; the two materials are not interchangeable.
- Order printed signs without a frame when your promotion changes.
- For two printed faces, supply one artwork page per face and check their orientation on the proof.
- Check your frame manufacturer's instructions for assembly, panel fitting and outdoor placement before use.

3 mil Adhesive Vinyl

- Bleed:
- Add 0.125" beyond every edge of the 24" x 36" trim size. Artwork including bleed measures 24.25" x 36.25".
- Resolution:
- 300 dpi at final print size. Check images at their placed size before exporting.
- Color Mode:
- Use CMYK for print artwork.
- File Formats:
- Print-ready PDF preferred; PNG, JPG and TIFF are also accepted. Flatten image layers and embed or outline fonts in PDFs.
- Safe Zone:
- Keep text, logos and essential graphics at least 0.125" inside the trim line; extend backgrounds through the bleed.
- Printed Faces:
- Prepare one 24" x 36" artwork page per printed face. Identify front and back for two-sided orders, including when both use the same design.
- Frame Fit:
- Prepare a flat rectangular sign. Do not add folds, holes or die-cut lines. Match adhesive vinyl to standard frames and corrugated plastic to deluxe frames.
- Proof Review:
- Review the digital proof for text, image clarity, orientation and both faces before approving it for print. Ask our team about file issues before approval.
Correcting file size, bleed or image quality can affect the order schedule. Contact our team about upload problems or production timing for your order.
- Sign Size:
- 24" x 36" for both standard and deluxe frame graphics.
- Document Size with Bleed:
- 24.25" x 36.25". Set the trim line 0.125" inside each document edge and the safe zone a further 0.125" inside the trim.
- Export:
- Use PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF at 300 dpi in CMYK. Flatten image layers and embed or outline PDF fonts.
