- More Info:
- Labels are for exterior packaging and are not approved for direct food contact. Do not apply them to containers that are already frozen.
- Choose a material and finish for the conditions your label will face, including moisture, handling, scratches and outdoor exposure.
- Permanent-adhesive stocks can be applied at 25°F or warmer and have a service range of -60°F to 200°F. Removable stocks use a removable adhesive instead; match it to the surface before ordering.
- Wind position identifies which edge feeds from the roll first. Tell our team the direction required by your machine applicator so the label reaches the container correctly.
- Rolls use 3-inch cores. Check that your dispenser accepts this core size before ordering.
- Digital label files do not need trapping or compensation for press gain. Remove overprint attributes, which can change the final appearance.
- Unwind the blank outer layers to reach the printed labels.
- Quantity choices can vary by material; use the available order-form quantities for your selection.
Choose the color option that matches your label artwork. Keep text and logos inside the safe zone and let background color run to the bleed edge so no white shows after cutting.
Prepare a print-ready PDF with images at 350 dpi at the finished size. Remove overprint attributes and review your proof before approving production.

- Extend background artwork 0.125" beyond every cut edge. A 2" circle needs artwork covering a 2.25" square including bleed.
- Safe zone:
- Keep text, logos and essential details at least 0.125" inside the cut edge, including curved edges and rounded corners.
- Resolution:
- Prepare images at 350 dpi at the finished label size.
- Color mode:
- Prepare artwork in CMYK. Select the matching number of ink colors or Full Color on the order form.
- File formats:
- Artwork preparation formats: TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG and PDF. Flatten layers; embed or outline fonts. For the upload form, export a print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF.
- Cut shape and corners:
- Build artwork for the exact size and corner choice ordered. Keep trim guides off the printed artwork and allow background to extend beyond the full cut contour. Folding and hole drilling are not options for this product.
- Roll orientation:
- Confirm core size and unwind direction before preparing artwork for a machine applicator. Show the intended top of the design when discussing roll setup with our team.
- Proof review:
- Review the instant online proof carefully for spelling, size, orientation and placement. You approve the files for printing; a further proof is not included with this choice. Ask our team for a manually processed PDF proof if you need a file-specification check. Proof timing is confirmed with your order.
- Processing and proof:
- Pricing includes processing one set of uploaded artwork and preparing one proof. Check your order status through My Account. Incorrectly prepared files can delay production; contact us about alternate delivery of artwork or holiday schedules.
- File size:
- Check the upload form’s current file-size limit before submitting. Flatten layers or export a print-ready PDF or JPG to reduce larger source files.

Use these size lists as a free layout guide. Add 0.125-inch bleed outside the cut and keep essential content 0.125 inch inside it. Use 350 dpi CMYK artwork and flatten layers to reduce file size. Oval layouts may be horizontal or vertical.
