Versatile Stationery

Create a coordinated stationery set with personal letterhead, envelopes, greeting cards and thank-you notes. Add notepads for lists and weekly plans, bookmarks for reading groups, folders for paperwork and labels for the finishing details.

Choose paper for the way you use it. Uncoated surfaces suit handwritten messages; gloss adds shine, while matte, linen and pearl offer other textures and finishes. On compatible postcard stocks, raised UV and raised foil can add texture or metallic detail. Review the available stock and finish combinations on the product order page.

Carry your own artwork, monogram or photo across the set, or browse our free design inspiration galleries for botanical, rustic, minimal, floral and modern ideas. Our designers can create a coordinated layout from your brief and send a proof for review before printing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do people use personal stationery for?

Use a name, initials or monogram on letterhead for everyday letters, or create invitations, thank-you notes, birth announcements and holiday cards. Personalized notepads also work for shopping lists, weekly plans and daily tasks. Keep the same colors and type across cards, bookmarks and folders to build a coordinated set.

How do I customize stationery?

Choose your product, size, paper and quantity, then prepare artwork with your own names, message, logo or photos. Use sharp images at 350 dpi and CMYK color, and follow the selected product’s file-setup guide for accepted files, bleed and safe areas. Botanical, rustic, minimal, floral or modern artwork can coordinate a whole set. Upload finished files through the product order flow or ask our designers to prepare a custom layout and proof.

Do I need matching cards and envelopes?

Matching colors and typography can tie invitations, thank-you notes and envelopes together, but you can mix styles. Envelopes are ordered separately from cards. Check the card's finished size, including its folded size where relevant, against the envelope dimensions before ordering. Address labels and circle labels can carry the same design onto the outside.

What paper finishes are available?

Choose stock for the way the piece will be used. Uncoated paper suits handwritten messages; gloss creates a shiny surface, while matte gives a quieter finish. Greeting cards include 14 pt. Gloss, 14 pt. Uncoated, 13 pt. Premium Linen, 16 pt. Premium Matte and 18 pt. Premium Kraft, Pearl or Smooth White options, plus 100 lb. Gloss or Matte Cover. Postcards have their own stock list and UV front-only, UV both-sides or no-coating choices. Keep writing areas free of UV coating. Check the individual product page because stocks and coatings vary by product.

How can I check paper samples?

Request a Free Sample Kit with shipping included. Compare paper weight, texture and color in person, see how gloss and uncoated surfaces differ, and test your usual pen on the writing areas before choosing a stock.

How much does custom stationery cost?

The tiles show sample starting prices. The order page updates sample pricing for the selected product, size, stock, print options and quantity. Compare the total and the cost per piece at different quantities, and choose the amount you expect to use. Cards, envelopes and labels are separate products; include each in your budget and ask for a quote for design help.
