Frequently Asked Questions

What can I use posters for?

Use posters to announce a shop opening, promote a class, share an event schedule or feature a seasonal offer. Choose a size that fits the display space and keep the main message readable from the distance people will see it.

Why print my posters with Minute Marketing?

Choose your poster size, paper and printed sides in one order form, then upload your artwork after checkout for review. Our team can help with file preparation and design questions before your posters go to print.

How should I design a poster?

Lead with one clear headline. Add a strong image, essential details and a next step such as a website or event address. Check the layout at its final printed size and leave space around text so it is easy to read.

How much does a custom poster cost?

The amount depends on size, stock, printed sides and quantity. The order form currently displays sample pricing as you choose options. Contact us to confirm a quote for your project.

Which poster papers can I choose?

Bulk posters come on 100 lb. Gloss Book, 80 lb. Gloss Book or 80 lb. Matte Text paper. For smaller runs on photobase paper, explore the Single Posters link. Rigid board displays are separate products in the related collection.

Which poster size should I choose?

The bulk order form offers 13 sizes, from 8" x 10" to 27" x 39". Measure your wall, window or frame first. Smaller prints suit close viewing; larger posters give a headline and photograph more space.

Which file formats can I upload?

Upload a PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF. A print-ready PDF is a good choice for layouts with text. Check that photographs have enough resolution for the final poster size and follow the upload tool's file dimensions.

What do safe zone and bleed mean?

Bleed is background artwork extending beyond the finished edge, allowing the sheet to be trimmed without leaving a white border. The safe zone sits inside that edge; keep text and logos within it. Use the dimensions and guides shown for your selected poster size.

Can I create my poster design online?

You can order online and upload finished artwork after checkout. For help creating a layout, use the design request link to share your logo, text, images and preferred size with our team. We will send a proof for review before printing.

When will my posters arrive?

Production and delivery depend on the order and destination. Confirm the available schedule with our team before ordering for a fixed event date. Allow time for artwork approval as well as shipping or local pickup.

Custom Posters for Your Next Announcement

Give a new class, seasonal menu or neighborhood event a visible place in your shop. A poster puts the key details together on one sheet, ready for a wall, noticeboard or window display. Match the size to the space, then choose paper and printed sides for your project.

Choose a Single Print or a Bulk Run

Follow Single Posters for small display projects on photobase paper. The bulk poster order form starts at 100 copies and offers quantities up to 10,000 for campaigns across multiple locations.

Gloss and Matte Paper Choices

Bulk posters offer two gloss book weights and an 80 lb. matte text stock. Gloss gives printed images a reflective surface; matte offers a quieter finish. Compare the paper descriptions before choosing your stock.

Build a Readable Poster Layout

Use a short headline, a clear image and only the details your audience needs. Check dates, addresses and contact information before uploading. Keep important elements away from the trim and extend backgrounds into the bleed area shown in the file guides.

Find the Right Display Format

Paper posters work well where a flexible sheet fits the display. For a freestanding or mounted presentation, explore the related foam, plastic, metal and other board products. Ask our team for help choosing a format for your setting.
