Perforation and Numbering

Think through how tickets will be checked at the door.

A detachable stub can separate the guest's keepsake from the portion collected at entry. Keep printed numbers easy to read against the background, and leave event details clear of the tear line. Contact us before ordering to confirm whether we can provide your requested perforation and numbering, along with artwork requirements and a quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why choose Minute Marketing for event tickets?

Choose from two ticket sizes and five papers, with full-color printing on the front or both sides. Upload your artwork and check its proof, or ask our design team to help arrange your event details into a clear layout.

How do I make a custom event ticket?

Choose a size, paper, printed sides, orientation and quantity. Include the event name, date, time, venue and admission details in your design. Upload the finished artwork on the order page and review the proof. Discuss any numbering or detachable stub requirements with us before ordering.

How much does event ticket printing cost?

Size, paper, printed sides and quantity affect the total. The displayed prices are sample prices for comparing configurations. Contact us for a production quote, including any requested numbering or perforation.

How should I prepare my event ticket file?

Use a print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF with images at 300 dpi at print size. Add 0.125 inch bleed on each edge and keep important text at least 0.125 inch inside the trim. A 2" x 5.5" ticket needs a 2.25" x 5.75" file with bleed; a 3.5" x 8.5" ticket needs a 3.75" x 8.75" file. Reverse those dimensions for a horizontal layout. Confirm stub placement separately if you need perforation.

Can I design event tickets on your website?

You can upload your own artwork and review it in the order-page proof. If you need a layout created, contact our design team with your logo, event details and any examples you like.

Can I see a sample before choosing my ticket paper?

Request a free sample kit to compare papers and finishes. Contact us to check whether a particular ticket example or stock is included.

How long does event ticket printing take?

Confirm production and shipping timing with us before setting your ticket sales date. Shipping time is separate from printing; numbering or perforation may need a separate estimate. Share your event deadline when requesting a quote.

Custom Tickets for Your Next Event

Give guests a clear record of admission to a concert, film screening, tasting or local celebration. Match the ticket artwork to your posters and invitations, and make the date, location and entry details easy to read at a glance.

Two Sizes for Different Layouts

Choose a compact 2" x 5.5" ticket for essential entry details or a larger 3.5" x 8.5" format for a fuller event description. Horizontal and vertical orientations let you arrange the artwork around your logo and imagery.

Compare Five Ticket Papers

Gloss stocks give your artwork a shiny surface. Matte stocks offer a quieter finish, while 14 pt. Uncoated has a natural surface suitable for handwritten notes. The 16 pt. Premium Matte Cover is the thickest choice in this ticket range.

Use the Back for Useful Details

Choose an unprinted back or full-color printing on both sides. A printed reverse can hold directions, an event schedule or admission conditions, leaving the front focused on the event name and key information.

Prepare for Check-In

Decide how staff will check each ticket before you finalize the artwork. If you need a numbered ticket or detachable stub, ask us to confirm the setup and quote. Keep essential text away from trim edges and any planned perforation.
