- File types:
- Print-ready PDF preferred. We also accept PNG, JPG and TIFF at 300 dpi.
- Bleed:
- Extend background colors and images 0.125" past the trim line on every edge.
- Safe zone:
- Keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line.
- Resolution:
- 300 dpi at final print size, in CMYK color.
- Fonts:
- Embed or outline all fonts. Send one page per printed side.
Not sure your file is ready? Upload it anyway. We check every file and send a digital proof before anything prints.
Prepare a 2.25" x 5.75" file for a 2" x 5.5" ticket, or a 3.75" x 8.75" file for a 3.5" x 8.5" ticket. These dimensions include 0.125 inch bleed on each edge; reverse them for a horizontal layout.
Keep important text at least 0.125 inch inside the trim. Contact us for artwork setup help and confirm perforation or numbering placement before preparing your file.
