What material is used for PVC signs?

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) boards are white, rigid and smooth with a matte surface, available in 3 mm and 6 mm thickness. They are a sturdy choice for signs that need to stay flat.

What is a polystyrene sign?

Polystyrene boards are white, thin (1.5 mm) and flexible with a semi-gloss surface. They are an economical option for short-term promotions and displays.

How do I design a PVC sign for printing?

Upload print-ready artwork on the order page (PDF is best; PNG, JPG and TIFF also work) at the size you ordered, with a little extra background past the edges and text and logos kept away from the edges. PVC comes in 3 mm and 6 mm thickness for a firm, sturdy board. Polystyrene comes in 1.5 mm for a lighter, more flexible, economical board. Both can print on the front or on the front and back.
