Custom full-color car magnets for vehicle doors and panels, in rectangle, circle and other shapes, with an optional center split.

- Center Split:
- Rectangle and rounded rectangle shapes offer a split into two panels. Choose Center Split on the order form and check the selected configuration before preparing artwork.

- A digital proof for every order. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Delivery:
- Local pickup or shipping. Rates and any sales tax are calculated at checkout.
- More Info:
- Use a business name, logo and a short contact line to make a vehicle sign easy to read.
- Measure the flat panel before choosing a size; the entire magnet must sit flush without crossing trim or curved edges.
- Clean the magnet and vehicle panel with mild detergent at least weekly, then dry both before reapplying. Remove more often when dirt or moisture collects.
- Avoid leaving a magnet in one place for extended periods. Inspect the surface regularly and remove the sign before an automatic car wash.
- Check your vehicle manufacturer's paint-care guidance and avoid fresh paint, damaged finishes and textured surfaces.
- Bleed:
- Extend backgrounds 0.125" beyond the finished outline on every edge, including shaped magnets.
- Resolution:
- Supply images at 300 dpi at the final printed size.
- Color Mode:
- Prepare artwork in CMYK. Screen colors may differ from the printed result.
- File Formats:
- Print-ready PDF preferred; PNG, JPG and TIFF are also accepted. Flatten image layers and embed or outline fonts in PDFs.
- Safe Zone:
- Keep text, logos and contact details at least 0.125" inside the finished cut line; allow extra space near pointed or rounded edges.
- Shape and Orientation:
- Build the artwork for the selected finished size, shape and horizontal or vertical orientation. Keep important elements away from die-cut edges.
- Center Split:
- For a two-panel design, keep lettering and logos clear of the center division. Confirm panel placement and the split position with our team before finalizing the file.
- Proof:
- Review spelling, contact details, size, cut outline and split placement in your digital proof before approval. Files that need corrections can affect the schedule.
Prepare artwork at the finished size of your selected magnet, with bleed added outside the cut outline. Use the File Setup tab for color, resolution, fonts and accepted formats. Flatten image layers before exporting.
Rectangle and rounded rectangle sizes: 8" x 12", 9" x 18", 9" x 24", 11" x 17", 12" x 18", 12" x 24", 16" x 23", 18" x 24", 18" x 36", 20" x 30", 22" x 23", 22" x 28", 24" x 36", 24" x 48", 28" x 40", 30" x 60", 32" x 48", 36" x 48", 36" x 72" and 42" x 84". Choose horizontal or vertical orientation to match your layout.
Square and rounded square magnets use an 18" x 18" finished size; circle magnets use an 18" diameter. Other available outlines are half circle, octagon, star, arrow, house and apartment. Confirm the selected outline and size before designing.
