- For the 8" x 10" finished size, extend backgrounds 0.125 in beyond every edge. The artwork including bleed is 8.25" x 10.25"; a landscape layout is 10.25" wide x 8.25" high.
- Resolution:
- Use 300 dpi at the finished print size. Avoid enlarging a small photo or using a screenshot.
- Color Mode:
- Prepare artwork in CMYK. Printed colors can differ from a backlit screen; check your proof before approval.
- File Formats:
- Print-ready PDF preferred; PNG, JPG and TIFF are also accepted. Flatten image layers and embed or outline fonts in PDF files.
- Safe Zone:
- Keep text, logos and faces at least 0.125 in inside the trim edge. Leave extra space near the rounded corners so important details are not clipped.
- Shape and Orientation:
- Build one artwork page for the 8" x 10" rounded rectangle. Confirm portrait or landscape placement in the proof. Do not add fold lines, holes or your own cutting marks; no folding or hole options are listed for this product.
- Proof Review:
- Upload artwork with your order or send it after checkout. Check spelling, image quality, orientation and edge placement in the digital proof. Printing begins only after your approval; file corrections and proof review can affect scheduling.

A high-quality JPG can keep a photo file compact. Flatten image layers before export and avoid repeated JPG compression. PDF, PNG and TIFF files are also accepted; use 300 dpi and CMYK artwork.
