- Embed or outline all fonts. Send one page per printed side.

Extend backgrounds 0.125" beyond the trim edge and keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside it. Submit a front-only, print-ready PDF with fonts embedded or outlined; the magnetic back is unprinted.
