100 lb100 lb. Gloss Book
- The heavier of the two gloss inside papers, with a shiny surface for photos.
70 lb70 lb. Opaque Smooth White
- Smooth white uncoated paper for text and layouts with space for notes.
80 lb80 lb. Gloss Book
- A lighter gloss inside paper for photo-led catalogs.
80 lb80 lb. Matte Text
- Coated inside paper with a low sheen for a quieter finish.
- Saddle Stitch:
- Two staples through the center fold hold the sheets together. Choose 8 to 96 total pages, in four-page steps.
- Perfect Binding:
- Pages are glued into a wraparound cover with a flat spine. Choose 48 to 96 total pages, in four-page steps.
- Counting Pages:
- Include the front cover, inside front cover, inside back cover and back cover, plus every inside page and any blanks.
- Self Cover:
- Your chosen inside paper is used for the cover as well. A separate cover adds a heavier stock around the inside pages.
Supply a PDF with individual pages in reading order. Keep important content clear of the fold. For perfect binding, confirm the spine width and cover layout with our team before exporting the cover file.
- File types:
- Print-ready PDF preferred. We also accept PNG, JPG and TIFF at 300 dpi.
- Bleed:
- Extend background colors and images 0.125" past the trim line on every edge.
- Safe zone:
- Keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line.
- Resolution:
- 300 dpi at final print size, in CMYK color.
- Fonts:
- Embed or outline all fonts. Send one page per printed side.
