Adhesive Graphics file setup templates

Match the template to your order and follow the instructions inside the original file. Choose the correct orientation, printed side and finishing layout before designing.

Choose a size and layout

Open a size below to see its layouts and available file formats. Keep the original dimensions when opening or placing the file.

Build your artwork on the guide

EPS files preserve the supplier's vector layout. JPG and PNG files provide a visual reference; PSD files open in Photoshop-compatible applications. Extract ZIP files before choosing the required layout. If a listed source file is unavailable or your exact configuration is missing, ask us for the matching production template.

  1. Match the template to your ordered product, size, shape, fold and printed side. For stands, flags, packaging and other assembled products, use the template for that exact product.
  2. Open or place the original file at its original dimensions. Keep it on a locked reference layer and follow the bleed, trim, safe area, fold and assembly instructions inside that file. These requirements vary by product.
  3. Extend backgrounds through the indicated bleed and keep important text and logos inside the safe area. Check front and back orientation and make a paper mockup of folded work.
  4. Follow the template's color and image resolution requirements. Outline fonts in an export copy, check for missing images, and preserve your editable original.
  5. Hide or remove the template reference layer before exporting your final print file. Inspect every page at actual size, with fit-to-page scaling turned off.

Export from your design app

  • Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer: open the EPS file, preserve its dimensions and guides, and place your artwork on a separate layer. Remove the guide from the final export.
  • Adobe InDesign or Affinity Publisher: match the document trim and bleed to the supplier file, place the template as a reference, and export a print PDF using the specified bleed.
  • Adobe Photoshop or Affinity Photo: use the PSD when supplied, or place the image guide at its original size. Match the template's resolution and color requirements before exporting.
  • Canva: use the image template as a reference and match the required dimensions. Export PDF Print, then check the exported size and bleed against the supplier file. Ask us to check layouts with folds, die cuts or assembly requirements.
