These draft terms describe the steps involved in buying custom print. Read them with the store policies linked below and the details of your particular order.

This draft does not replace the published Terms of service, Refund policy or Shipping policy. Refer to those policies for the applicable terms, eligibility and procedures. Contact us if a policy is unavailable or if anything is unclear before ordering.
Order specifications and price
Review product size, material, quantity, printed sides, finishes and delivery details before submitting the order. Product and option availability are shown on the order page or confirmed in a custom quote.
Prices come from the current catalog or your confirmed quote. Review taxes, delivery charges and the total at checkout. Do not assume an offer applies unless it is reflected in the order details.
Artwork and permission to print
Supply artwork in an accepted format and at the required size and resolution. You are responsible for having permission to use and reproduce the text, images, logos and other material you submit.
Keep a copy of your original files. If a file needs correction or clarification, respond before approving production.
Proof approval and changes
Review the proof for spelling, content, dimensions, orientation, panel order and finish placement. Approve it only when it represents the result you want printed.
Ask about changes or cancellation as soon as possible. An order that has entered production may no longer be changeable. Availability of any change, cancellation or refund follows the applicable order terms and Refund policy.
Printed appearance
Screens, paper and finishes reproduce color differently. A digital proof is not a promise of an exact screen-to-print color match. Discuss critical color requirements before ordering.
Payment and production
Use the payment methods offered at checkout. Production depends on payment processing, suitable artwork and proof approval. File changes, unresolved questions or payment issues can affect the schedule.
Exact production times and eligible rush options appear on the order page or at checkout. Design work and mailing preparation can require separate scheduling.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping time is separate from production. Check the delivery address and method before submitting the order, and refer to the Shipping policy for applicable delivery terms.
Contact us promptly about an incorrect address, a transit concern or a damaged delivery so we can review the next steps.
Order concerns and resolutions
Inspect your order when it arrives. If there is a problem, contact us with your order number, a description and helpful photos of the product and packaging.
Reprints, returns, refunds and cancellations are reviewed under the Refund policy and applicable order terms. This draft does not create a separate refund deadline or automatic entitlement.
