Production and shipping time
Production is the time needed to make your order. Shipping is the time it spends in transit. Plan for both when choosing a delivery date.
When production starts
Production follows payment processing, usable artwork and proof approval. An order waiting for files, a revised proof or a payment issue is not ready to print.
Product, material, quantity and finishing choices affect the schedule. Exact production times show on each order page and at checkout; use those details for your selected configuration.
Shipping is a separate step
A faster shipping method changes transit time after dispatch. It does not shorten printing or finishing. Review the shipping options and estimates at checkout for your destination.
Business days, weekends, holidays, carrier disruptions and weather can affect timing. Check the estimate for the whole order rather than treating a shipping speed as the total turnaround.
Rush production options
Rush production exists for eligible products and configurations. Available choices and exact times appear on the order page or at checkout. Availability depends on the product, quantity and finish.
If you have an event deadline, contact us before ordering so we can help you assess production and shipping together.
Design, revisions and mailing
Design requests and artwork revisions need time before final proof approval. Mailing projects also include preparation and postal delivery. Ask for a project schedule when requesting a quote.
