- More Info:
- Table tents arrive flat and pre-scored. Use the three score lines to fold the panels and connect the base through its two die-cut slits. No glue or separate holder is needed.
- Use the standing display for drinks, desserts, daily specials or event notices in restaurants, cafés and bars. Counters in shops, libraries, hotels and trade-show booths also give short messages a visible home.
- The interlocking base can be released to flatten the display for storage. Open it gently to avoid tearing the assembly tabs.
- Gloss stocks give photos a reflective surface. Uncoated stock has a natural paper feel; matte cover reduces sheen for a quieter look.
- The 14 pt. Gloss stock has high-gloss UV coating on the outside only. It helps protect against food and drink stains and surface damage. UV-coated surfaces cannot be written on or overprinted. Writing on aqueous coating is not guaranteed; test pens on uncoated paper before use.
- Printing is on the outside only. Keep any message you want customers to read on the two outside panels.
- Quantities range from 50 to 100,000. Available quantities can vary with stock. On 100 lb. Gloss Cover, orders of 250 or more receive aqueous coating; runs of 50 or 100 are digitally printed without added coating. Sample prices are placeholders; confirm your final quote before ordering.
- Cover means card stock; text or book paper is lighter. High-gloss UV adds a shiny protective surface, aqueous adds gloss, and matte has a flat, low-sheen finish. Gloss tends to make colors look brighter, while matte and uncoated surfaces give a softer appearance.
- Avoid large areas of heavy, dark ink on uncoated stock where rubbing could transfer ink. Keep assembly areas clear of important artwork.
- C2S means gloss-coated on both sides; it does not mean both sides are printed. This product is printed outside with a blank inside.
All of our paper stocks are premium quality and printed in full color.

- Pre-scored for folding
- Bleed:
- Extend backgrounds 0.1 in beyond every outer trim edge. Do not treat a fold line as a trim edge.
- Safe zone:
- Keep text and logos at least 0.125 in inside the trim. Also leave at least 0.125 in around folds, slits and base tabs; follow any larger clearance in the confirmed layout.
- Resolution:
- Use 350 dpi images at the final print size; avoid enlarging low-resolution originals.
- Color Mode:
- Prepare artwork in CMYK. Screen colors can differ from printed colors.
- File Formats:
- Print-ready PDF is preferred; PNG, JPG and TIFF are also accepted. Flatten raster artwork and embed or outline fonts in PDF files.
- Panel layout and folding:
- Supply the complete outside layout as one flat design, including the confirmed base area. The size selector lists the two display panels, so do not guess the base allowance from those dimensions. Leave the inside blank; keep fold and die-cut guides out of the printable artwork.
- Rotation of files:
- Check that both outside panels read upright after assembly. Review panel orientation, score positions and the base connection on the proof before approval.
- Proof review:
- With an instant online proof, check spelling, image quality, trim, folds and panel orientation yourself before approval. You will not receive a second proof automatically. For a manually reviewed PDF proof, our team checks file specifications and contacts you about problems before sending a proof for approval. Corrections can affect the schedule; confirm proof timing with our team.
Your price includes processing one set of artwork files and one proof. Track your order through My Account. Confirm receipt and proof timing with our team for files supplied on physical media; holiday schedules can affect processing.
Confirm the selected size’s full layout with our team before designing. The display folds into a standing tent with tabs and slits at the base; a generic rectangular file does not identify those assembly areas.

JPG can help reduce file size. Flatten layers before exporting other formats. For an existing design, upload a print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF. Use 350 dpi, CMYK and 0.1 in bleed, flatten raster layers and embed or outline fonts. Check the File Setup tab before exporting.
