- Men/Unisex:
- Print plates range from 12 × 16 to 14 × 16 inches. Front neckline spacing is 3 inches; back spacing varies by size from 2 to 2.5 inches. Ask for the size-specific placement guide before finalizing artwork.
- Women:
- Adult print plates and collar spacing vary by size. Front spacing includes 2.75 inches; back spacing includes 1.5 and 1.25 inches. Request the guide for your selected sizes.
- Youth:
- Crew neck print plates vary by size: 8 × 8, 9.5 × 9.5, 11 × 11 and 12 × 12 inches. Confirm the plate and neckline spacing for each selected size.
- Toddler:
- Crew neck sizes 2T, 3T and 4T use smaller plates, including 7 × 7 and 7.5 × 7.5 inches. Request the size-specific placement guide.
Measure front placement from the top of the front neckline and back placement from the top of the back neckline. Artwork is scaled down for smaller shirts. Check the proof for legibility, placement and color before approval.

- Bleed:
- No bleed is required for T-shirt artwork.
- Artwork dimensions:
- Prepare a 14 × 16 inch vertical design for front or back printing. Artwork is reduced to fit all selected garment sizes.
- Resolution:
- 350 dpi at artwork size.
- Color mode:
- RGB. Printed fabric and screen colors can differ.
- File formats:
- Upload PDF, PNG, JPG, TIF or TIFF. Export EPS, AI, PSD, BMP and GIF designs to one of these supported upload formats. Outline or embed fonts and provide separate front and back artwork.
- Backgrounds:
- A white background is printed with the design, including on colored shirts. Remove the background and use a transparent PNG where the fabric should show through.
- Text:
- Use lettering of at least 12 pt and check that it remains readable after artwork is reduced for smaller shirts.
- File upload:
- Submit artwork after checkout. The current upload limit is 50 MiB per file; contact us with a file link if you need help transferring a larger design.
- Manually reviewed PDF proof:
- We check the artwork specifications and contact you if corrections are needed. Review the digital proof carefully and approve it before production. Processing includes one artwork set and one proof.
- Order status:
- Track your order from your account. File corrections, delivery of physical artwork media and holiday demand can extend review time. Confirm the schedule with our team.
Keep the original artwork so changes can be made before approval. For this garment, request a manually reviewed proof; confirm the final print size and front or back placement.
