- Every style uses bright white, smooth, uncoated 70 lb. paper compatible with laser and inkjet printers. Check your printer’s envelope-feed instructions before addressing.

All 20 styles use premium 70 lb. / 5 pt. Opaque Smooth White paper for full-color printing on the outside front.
- Bleed:
- No bleed is needed for logo envelopes. Keep the approximately 1/4-inch white front border clear and use the layout specifications for your exact size and window style.
- Safe zone:
- Keep text and logos inside the approximately 1/4-inch white front border. Leave the recipient address, postage and any window clear.
- Resolution:
- Use images at a minimum of 350 dpi at the final printed size.
- Color Mode:
- Prepare artwork in CMYK.
- File Formats:
- Print-ready PDF preferred; PNG, JPG and TIFF are also accepted. Embed or outline fonts and flatten layers before exporting.
- Upload size:
- Check the upload control for the current file-size limit. Keep a high-quality original when reducing a file for upload.
- Envelope layout:
- Send one page for the outside front of the selected envelope style. Do not include flap or back artwork, assembly folds, hole marks or die-cut instructions. For window envelopes, test the insert address position against the window.
- Digital proof:
- Review your digital proof for spelling, logo position, envelope dimensions, address space and window clearance before approval. Nothing prints until you approve the proof.
- Manually reviewed PDF proof:
- Our team checks your file specifications and contacts you if corrections are needed. Review the PDF proof before approving production. Proof timing is confirmed with your order.
- Included file processing:
- Your price includes processing one uploaded file set and preparing one proof. Sign in to your account to check your order status.
- File corrections:
- Incorrect dimensions or artwork outside the printable area can require corrections. Contact us to confirm proof and production timing after file issues are resolved.

Mark the trim, safe area and approximately 1/4-inch white border as separate guides; this product does not need bleed. Export only the front artwork with fonts embedded or outlined and layers flattened. Use CMYK and at least 350 dpi in PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF. Keep the window and flap clear. A high-quality JPG can reduce file size; flatten layers when using another format.
