- Bleed:
- Add 0.125 in beyond every trimmed edge. An 18 x 24 in board needs an 18.25 x 24.25 in file with bleed.
- Safe zone:
- Keep important text and artwork at least 0.125 in inside trim and clear of holes or cut paths.
- Resolution:
- Use 300 dpi at the final print size for clear images.
- Color Mode:
- Prepare CMYK artwork; printed colors may differ from a screen.
- File Formats:
- PDF is preferred. PNG, JPG and TIFF are also accepted. Flatten layers and embed or outline PDF fonts.
- Upload size:
- For larger files, check the limit shown by the upload tool or contact our team to arrange file delivery.
- Printed sides and orientation:
- Send one page for front-only printing or two pages in front-then-back order for two-sided printing. Match your selected orientation and shape.
- Instant Online Proof:
- Review the upload preview carefully for spelling, crop, orientation, trim and image quality before approving. You are responsible for checking the artwork when choosing an instant proof.
- Manually Processed PDF Proof:
- Ask our team for a manually reviewed PDF proof. We check file specifications, contact you about problems and send a proof for your approval. Confirm current proof timing with our team.
- Included processing:
- Pricing includes processing one set of uploaded files and preparing one proof. Incorrect files or requested changes can delay production.
- Cut lines and mounting holes:
- Confirm contour cut outlines and hole positions before approval. Keep cutting guides and hole marks out of the printed artwork.

- Export checklist:
- Use CMYK, 300 dpi and 0.125 in bleed. A flattened JPG can reduce photographic file size. Check fonts, final dimensions, safe zone and all printed sides.
