- More Info:
- Use flyers for product offers, service menus, venue announcements and event invitations, including weddings, birthdays and showers.
- Gloss adds shine; matte and uncoated papers give printed colors a softer appearance.
- On 14 pt. Gloss Cover, standard UV coating covers the printed sides. A blank back remains uncoated; select front-only UV to leave a printed back without UV. UV protects the surface but cannot be written or printed on.
- Front-only UV can make the two sides look different in color and brightness.
- Available quantities can depend on the selected paper. Review your options and sample total before ordering.
- Gloss book papers and 100 lb. Gloss Cover receive aqueous coating at quantities of 250 or more. At 100 or fewer, these papers are digitally printed without coating.
- Cover means card stock; book and text are lighter paper. UV is a high-shine protective coating, aqueous adds gloss, and matte is a flat finish.
- Writing is unsuitable on UV and is not assured on aqueous. Test pens on uncoated samples. Avoid heavy dark coverage on uncoated stocks to reduce ink transfer.
- C2S means gloss coated on both sides.
- Supply a separate page per printed side. Flyers are delivered flat.

- Bleed:
- Extend backgrounds 0.125" beyond every trim edge. An 8.5" x 11" flyer needs an 8.75" x 11.25" file including bleed; a landscape layout needs 11.25" x 8.75".
- Safe zone:
- Keep text, logos and other essential details at least 0.125" inside the trim. The safe area is 8.25" x 10.75" for a portrait flyer.
- Resolution:
- Use images at 350 dpi at final print size.
- Color Mode:
- Prepare artwork in CMYK. Screen colors can differ from printed ink.
- File Formats:
- Upload PDF, PNG, JPG, TIF or TIFF. Export other design formats to one of these before uploading. Flatten image layers and embed or outline PDF fonts.
- Printed sides and orientation:
- Send one page for front-only printing or two pages for double-sided printing. Use the same orientation for both sides and check how the back reads when the sheet is turned over.
- Finishing:
- This is a flat, rectangular flyer. Prepare artwork for the full sheet; folding, hole drilling and die cutting are not selectable options.
- Proof review:
- Review the digital proof before approving print. Check spelling, dates, contact details, page order, trim and image quality. Allow time to correct file problems before your event.
- Maximum file size:
- The current uploader accepts files up to 50 MiB. Compress larger files or contact our team with a file link.
- Manual PDF proof:
- We check file specifications and contact you if corrections are needed. Review the proof before approving printing. File corrections and holiday demand can affect timing.
- Included processing:
- Your price includes processing one uploaded file set and creating one proof. Check order progress in My Account.
