- More Info:
- Use contrasting colors for admission details and any numbers included in your artwork so staff can read them easily at check-in. Choose front or back numbering, a bottom, center or top number position, and an optional perforated stub.
- Choose gloss for a reflective surface, uncoated for a natural feel, or matte for a subdued finish. These cover stocks also make tickets suitable as keepsakes.
- For handwritten notes, choose 14 pt. Uncoated or a writable matte stock. High Gloss UV adds shine and protection but cannot be written or printed on. Front-only UV on 14 pt. Gloss leaves the reverse free of UV; test your pen on the selected paper.
- On 14 pt. Gloss, UV covers the color sides unless you choose front-only UV. A blank reverse receives no UV. Front-only coating can make front and back colors and brightness appear different.
- Compare quantities in the order form for the selected configuration; the available range is 50 to 100,000 tickets. Paper choices may have different available quantities. Displayed prices are samples.
- Orders of 250 or more on 100 lb. Gloss Cover receive aqueous coating. Runs of 50 or 100 on that stock are digitally printed without added coating.
- Use tickets for concerts, theater, corporate gatherings, community events and nonprofit fundraisers. Put essential entry information on the front and directions or admission terms on a printed reverse.
- Cover describes card stock rather than lighter book or text paper. Point measurements describe thickness; pound measurements describe paper weight, so they are not interchangeable.
- Gloss reflects light and suits colorful imagery; matte and uncoated surfaces give a quieter appearance. Avoid large areas of heavy dark ink on uncoated artwork when a lighter design will work.
- A coated surface is different from an added UV coating. High Gloss UV is a shiny protective layer; aqueous is a glossy coating, while matte has a flat appearance. Writing on aqueous coating is not guaranteed. C2S describes paper coated on both sides.
- Upload finished artwork or ask our designers for layout help. Review the digital proof for spelling, dates, venue information, orientation and printed sides before approval. We offer price matching on comparable printing, a Satisfaction Guarantee for first orders, and fast turnaround and shipping.

Prepare a 2.2" x 5.7" file for a 2" x 5.5" ticket, or a 3.7" x 8.7" file for a 3.5" x 8.5" ticket. These dimensions include 0.1 inch bleed on each edge; reverse them for a horizontal layout.
Mark trim, bleed and safe margins in your design software, then export only the finished artwork. Keep important text at least 0.1 inch inside the trim. Embed fonts and flatten layers in a print-ready PDF, or export a high-quality PNG, JPG or TIFF. Use 350 dpi and CMYK. These dimensions apply to both vertical and horizontal layouts; choose bottom, center or top numbering on either side, with or without a perforated stub. Ask our design team for layout help for any of these combinations.
