- Paper Selection:
- Kraft and pearl paper can vary slightly in color and thickness. Compare a free sample kit before ordering.
- Proofs:
- A digital proof for every order. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Delivery:
- Local pickup or shipping. Rates and any sales tax are calculated at checkout.
- More Info:
- Choose gloss for a reflective surface, uncoated for a natural paper feel, or matte for less glare. Layered Trifecta stocks add a colored edge.
- Linen adds woven texture, pearl adds shimmer, and brown kraft makes the paper color part of your design.
- For handwritten details, compare uncoated, linen, matte, kraft and smooth white samples. Test your pen before choosing a stock.
- Gloss surfaces reflect light differently from matte and uncoated paper. The same artwork can look different across stocks; review your proof and compare samples.
- Keep large areas of dark ink to a minimum on uncoated paper to reduce the risk of ink transferring between stacked flyers.
- Cover means cardstock. Book and text weights describe lighter paper; this product offers cover and cardstock options.
- Paper weight in pounds and thickness in points use different measurement systems. Compare the named stock rather than treating the numbers as equivalent.
- Choose from the quantities shown in the order form. Confirm the size, paper, printed sides and quantity together before approving the order.
- Put the event name, date, venue and booking details where they are easy to read. Use the reverse for a lineup, directions or additional information.
- Choose 16 pt. Premium Matte to add raised UV or raised foil accents.
- High-gloss UV coating adds surface protection. You cannot write on or overprint a UV-coated area. Front-only UV on 14 pt. Gloss leaves a semi-gloss reverse and can change color and brightness between sides. Choose uncoated stock when handwriting matters.
- Orders of 250 or more on 100 lb. Gloss Cover receive aqueous coating. Orders of 100 or fewer are digitally printed without added coating.
- UV is a high-shine coating; aqueous adds gloss; matte is a flat, low-glare finish. Writing on aqueous-coated paper is not guaranteed. C2S means the paper is gloss coated on both sides.

- Finished Size:
- Build your artwork at the size selected in the order form. Use horizontal or vertical orientation; the 4.75" x 4.75" option is square.
- Bleed:
- Extend backgrounds 0.1 inch beyond each trim edge. Add 0.2 inch to the finished width and height: a 2" x 5.5" flyer uses a 2.2" x 5.7" file.
- Safe Zone:
- Keep text, logos, borders and booking codes at least 0.125 in inside each trim edge. Keep thin borders farther from the edge to make small cutting shifts less noticeable.
- Resolution:
- Prepare images at 350 dpi at the final printed size.
- Color Mode:
- Prepare artwork in CMYK. Screen colors can differ from ink on paper, especially on brown kraft and pearl stocks.
- File Formats:
- Send a print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF. Embed or outline fonts in PDFs and flatten transparency and image layers before export.
- Printed Sides:
- Send one page per printed side, with matching dimensions and orientation. A blank back needs no artwork; prepare the reverse in grayscale when selecting a grayscale back.
- Trim and Finishing:
- For raised UV or foil, supply a separate, aligned black-and-white effect file: solid black marks the raised areas, white marks the areas without the effect. Keep effect artwork clear of the cut edge and confirm detailed setup with our team before approval.
- Proof Review:
- Review the digital proof before approving production. Check dates, addresses, spelling, image clarity, front/back orientation and booking links. Artwork corrections can affect the schedule.
- Proofs:
- Review and approve your proof before production. A manually reviewed PDF proof lets you check the prepared file. Processing includes one uploaded file set and one proof; corrections may delay production. Ask our team about available proof options.
- Order Status:
- Sign in to your account to check your order status. Send files online; contact our team before arranging a physical-media submission. Holiday demand and files needing correction can affect processing.

Dimensions above list width by height for a vertical layout. Swap width and height for horizontal artwork. The square format uses the same measurements in either orientation.
