Can I request any custom outline?
Start with the shapes available on the product order page. If you need another outline, describe it in your request so we can confirm feasibility and quote it before design begins.
How much does design cost?
Design pricing is quoted for your brief. The product, amount of content and number of versions affect the scope. Confirm the design fee and revision allowance before work begins. Product order prices cover printing; design, shipping and tax are separate.
How many revisions are included?
Your quote sets the included revisions. Send a combined list of feedback for each round. A different direction, extra versions or additional rounds may need a new quote.
Do I need finished artwork to get started?
No. Bring your final wording, logo, photos and a description of what you need. Tell us about missing files so we can discuss what is possible. Please use images and artwork you have permission to print.
How long will my project take?
We confirm design timing after reviewing your brief. Allow time for your feedback, proof approval, printing and delivery. Include your deadline in the request so we can discuss availability.
Can I supply my own print-ready design?
Yes. Choose your product on its order page and upload a PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF. Artwork can also be provided after checkout. Follow that product's file setup guidance and approve the proof before printing.
Can you create a new logo or help with broader branding?
Yes. Use our existing logo design and creative graphic design service pages to explore those projects. Tell us if your print brief also needs a new logo so it can be scoped separately.
