Embroidery guidelines: supply artwork at 300 dpi in CMYK, with fonts outlined. Keep shapes and lettering bold; tiny text, thin lines and gradients lose detail in stitches. Use a transparent background so a white rectangle is not treated as part of your design. Confirm thread colors and final placement on your proof.

How do I design a custom sweatshirt?
Choose a sweatshirt style, color and decoration, then enter a quantity for each size. Send separate artwork for each printed side at its intended decoration size: PDF, PNG, JPG or TIFF, at least 300 dpi in CMYK. Garment artwork does not need paper-style trim bleed. Keep text and logos at least 0.125 inch inside the confirmed decoration area. Use a transparent background when the garment should show through. Ask our team to confirm the decoration area and how the artwork will fit the sizes in your order; approve the proof before production.
How many different types of sweatshirts do you carry?
Three: pullover hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts and full zip hoodies. Each has its own page with its available colors.
Can I choose both printing and embroidery on the same sweatshirt?
Choose one decoration method per order line: printing or embroidery. Place separate order lines for different methods.
Where can I add a design to my sweatshirt?
Crewnecks and pullover hoodies offer front, back or front-and-back printing. Full zip hoodies offer back printing. Embroidery is available on the left or right chest, with no back embroidery option.
Do you offer separate styles and sizes for men and women?
All three styles use unisex sizes Small, Medium, Large, X-Large and 2X-Large. Review the Size Chart tab and ask our team for garment measurements before ordering.
What is the minimum quantity of sweatshirts needed to place an order?
There is no minimum. You can order a single sweatshirt or a full set for a team.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
Ask our team to confirm production timing for your style, decoration and quantity. Artwork approval and garment availability affect the schedule. Production and delivery are separate stages, so allow time for shipping after your order is ready; shipping choices are shown at checkout.
