- Assembly and Troubleshooting:
- Set the base on a level indoor surface and follow the hardware instructions to fit the pole and top rail.
- Guide the graphic slowly into the base when packing it away.
- If the graphic jams or the rail is loose, stop and contact us with the stand model and photos before adjusting the spring mechanism.
- Proofs:
- A digital proof for every order. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Delivery:
- Local pickup or shipping. Rates and any sales tax are calculated at checkout.
- More Info:
- Aluminum stands support the graphic above a retractable base. Use the display indoors on a stable, level surface.
- Premium is the stand type available in this catalog. Select a size before preparing artwork.
- Follow the instructions for your stand when fitting the support pole and attaching the graphic to the top rail.
- Full-length stands include a black canvas carrying case. Retract the graphic before packing the base and pole together.
- Keep the printed face clean and dry, and avoid forcing the graphic into or out of the base.
- Bleed:
- Extend backgrounds 0.125 in beyond each trim edge. Confirm the stand-specific bottom leader allowance before exporting; the portion held inside the base is additional to trim bleed.
- Safe Zone:
- Keep text and logos at least 0.125 in inside the trim edges and above the area hidden in the base. Leave the top rail attachment area clear of important details.
- Resolution:
- 300 dpi at final print size. Check placed images at the full banner dimensions, not at a reduced preview size.
- Color Mode:
- CMYK. Review converted colors before saving your final artwork.
- File Formats:
- PDF preferred; PNG, JPG and TIFF also accepted. Embed or outline fonts in PDFs and flatten image layers before export.
- Size and Printed Sides:
- Use the selected floor or tabletop graphic dimensions. Supply one page or file per printed side, clearly identifying the front and back for two-sided displays.
- Hardware Allowances:
- Confirm the bottom leader and top rail allowance for your selected stand with our team. A retractable graphic needs stand-specific attachment space; do not add folds, drilled holes, grommets or a die-cut outline.
- Proof Review:
- Check spelling, image quality, orientation and all visible and concealed areas on your digital proof. Printing begins after your approval; allow time for any file corrections.
