3 mm or 6 mm

Full color on the front with a blank back, or full color on both sides.

Polystyrene:

Flexible white opaque board with a semi-gloss surface.

Polystyrene Thickness:

1.5 mm

Polystyrene Print Options:

Full color on the front with a blank back, or full color on both sides.

File types:

Print-ready PDF preferred. We also accept PNG, JPG and TIFF at 300 dpi.

Bleed:

Extend background colors and images 0.125" past the trim line on every edge.

Safe zone:

Keep text and logos at least 0.125" inside the trim line.

Resolution:

300 dpi at final print size, in CMYK color.

Fonts:

Embed or outline all fonts. Send one page per printed side.
