- PDF preferred; PNG, JPG and TIFF also accepted.
- Resolution:
- Use high-resolution artwork at the final printed size. Ask us to check your file if you are unsure.
- Safe area:
- Keep text and logos inside the trim edge. Contact us for safe-area guidance for your selected size.
- Bleed:
- Extend backgrounds beyond the trim edge; confirm the required bleed before exporting your file.
- Both sides:
- Send a separate file for the back, or choose front only.

- Extend background colors and images 0.125" past the trim line on every edge.
- Safe zone:

- Resolution:
- 300 dpi at final print size, in CMYK color.
- Fonts:
- Embed or outline all fonts. Send one page per printed side.
