The Challenge
A growing childcare center wanted to increase enrollments across their toddler, pre-K, and aftercare programs. Although word-of-mouth was strong, competition from newer centers and rising registration fees had slowed inquiry flow. The team needed a way to quickly fill seats while reinforcing their long-standing community brand.
The Strategy
OMNI reach launched a refreshed version of the Bright Future campaign, focused on free registration for a limited time. The postcard used bold primary colors, child-friendly fonts, and imagery that showcased both creative play and academic readiness. It featured a QR code for fast sign-up and was supported by Facebook and Google ads geo-targeted around school boundaries, real estate listings, and parenting interest groups.
The Results
Out of 8,100 postcards mailed, the campaign produced 112 QR scans and resulted in 45 family enrollments, generating $267,300 in new tuition revenue. ROI hit 1,143%, and over 40% of new families enrolled in extended care or multi-child programs.
